ACQUISITIONS AND RESTRUCTURINGS

The transfer or sale of a business is a complex matter that requires the assistance of a legal expert. We assist our clients during the complete M&A process, both on the sell-side as on the buy-side.

  • Outlining a procedure for controlled auctions or other sales processes, whether or not together with and external party;

FINANCE

We advice clients with respect to the financing or refinancing of acquisitions or corporate restructurings (including debt restructuring) and assist with the drawing up of credit agreements and security documents.

We advise family businesses with the setting up of the proper corporate governance structures  (corporate & family governance) tailored to the needs of the company and with respect of the unicity of the different key players within the family business (company, owners and family). We advise the family business during the crucial phases of its existence, including amongst others a change of generations.
